Recipe | Slimming World Risotto Primavera


If you're following me on Twitter, you may already know that I am currently doing Slimming World, if you don't, then you do now! One of the things I've really come to enjoy since starting Slimming World is cooking from scratch and trying out lots of new and different recipes. There are quite a few recipes that I keep going back to but recently I've been trying to make at least one new recipe a week, this particular week I thought I would try the Risotto Primavera from a recent magazine. I recently had a break from gel nails and actually ended up having a long period of time where my nails stayed bare. I eventually got round to doing my nails but just did them with normal bog standard nail varnish, as soon as this started to chip I knew I wanted to start using gels again and I knew exactly what colour I had in mind.

Oh look, I did that thing where I disappeared off the face of the earth again, sorry about that guys! I'm really struggling with my blogging mojo recently and no matter how many times I promise myself I will write a post it just never happens. But a couple of weeks ago I joined the MK Bloggers for a meal at Turtle Bay, so hopefully these wonderful ladies have given me back some blogging motivation.


I'd heard of Turtle Bay before but never actually visited, but if you've never heard of it before, it is a Caribbean restaurant where you can expect a lot of spice. I was the last person to arrive but when I did, I found the other ladies around the bar taking advantage of the cocktail happy hour but unfortunately I was driving so could partake in this.
